The images and information presented on the site have no contractual value.

In any event, our agency cannot be held liable for the non-performance, even partial, of obligations that would result from the inaccuracy of the information communicated or from force majeure, nor for unforeseeable and/or insurmountable events or for the failings of a third party. Secundo may therefore not be held liable, in particular, for the failure to conclude any contract, for the non-performance of obligations entered into or of contracts concluded through access to its website.
